Ready Made Covers  

Covers in stock at our Toronto  warehouse will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving your order, excluding weekends and  public holidays. Delivery times can vary from 1 – 4  business days depending on the delivery option selected at checkout

In the event that the cover is not in stock in our Toronto warehouse, we will dispatch it from the factory directly to you and you will receive it within 10 – 14 days of order. This will clearly be disclosed on the product page  “Review Before Ordering” 

Delivery Addresses

Your order is sent by courier and delivered to your door, so we’ll need a residential or business address. Couriers aren’t able to deliver to PO Boxes, General Delivery addresses, Canada Post FlexDelivery addresses, or parcel lockers.

Custom Made Cover Orders

For customers who select an Optional Design Review / Drawing Consultation, our team will provide production drawings for review within two business days of order placement. Manufacturing will commence within 24 hours of receiving your approval.

For orders that do not include the Optional Design Review / Drawing Consultation, manufacturing will commence automatically based on the measurements and information supplied at checkout.

Covers are typically completed and dispatched within 5 – 7 from the commencement of manufacturing. Once completed, orders are shipped in bulk to Toronto, where they are unpacked and dispatched to customers.

On rare occasions, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing or peak production periods. If your order is delayed by more than 18 days prior to dispatch within Canada, you may request to cancel your order and receive a refund.
